When you post a job on Fair Remote, we ask for your email address, company name, company logo, and extra details for invoicing. That’s just so we can send you invoices for your job posts, confirmation emails or whenever a job post violates our Terms of Service. We’ll never sell your personal info to third parties, and we won’t use your company in marketing statements without your permission, either.
When you pay for a job post on Fair Remote, we ask for your credit/debit card details. That’s so we can charge you for the service and send you an invoice. Your card is passed directly to our payment processor and doesn’t ever go through our servers.
When you subscribe to our weekly digest, we ask for your email address in order to send you an email on a weekly cadence with new job posts that were created in the past 7 days, if there were any. We might use these emails for occasional surveys related to Fair Remote and the service it provides. We promise to keep these surveys at a maximum of 3 per year.
When you write to Fair Remote with a question, to ask for help, or just to say hi, we’ll keep that correspondence, and the email address, so that we have a history of past correspondences to reference if you reach out in the future.
